Standard Regular Fit Tees
Our Standard Regular Fit Tees are all about easy, everyday comfort. Crafted from 100% soft combed cotton (with the exception of our marle colours, which have a 15% viscose blend for that subtle textured look), these tees hit the sweet spot between weight and wearability. The mid-weight fabric, at 180gsm, is light enough to keep you cool in summer but still durable enough for year-round use. They’re preshrunk to reduce any surprises after the first wash, and thanks to their real-world sizing, you can expect a consistent, reliable fit that won’t leave you guessing. Plus, they're machine washable, making them super easy to care for. These tees are perfect if you want something that feels soft, fits well, and works across any season.
Premium Relaxed Fit Tees
If you’re after something with a little more substance, check out our Premium Relaxed Fit Tees. These are made from 100% heavyweight cotton, offering a thicker, more durable option with fabric weights ranging from 240gsm to 280gsm. Designed for a looser, boxy fit, these tees have that laid-back, oversized vibe, making them great for layering or wearing on cooler days when you want to stay comfortable and warm without compromising on style. Like the Standard tees, they’re preshrunk to minimize shrinking and ensure your fit stays spot on wash after wash. Machine washable for easy care, these tees are perfect for those who love a bit more room to move and a shirt that feels like it’ll last forever. Ideal for cooler weather or for those who prefer a more relaxed, heavyweight feel.

If you’re in a rush and need your gear faster, simply let us know, and we’ll do our best to meet your timeline.

We’ve been in the business for 17 years, and during that time, we’ve worked with a variety of delivery companies to ensure you get the best possible service. After plenty of trial and error, we found that Australia Post stands out as the most reliable choice. We use both regular and express post options, and every order is sent with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s journey from our studio in Pitt Town NSW, straight to your door. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking details so you can stay updated.

For customers in Australia, shipping is always free—no surprises at checkout. For our New Zealand friends, shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Please note that we are an online-only business and don’t offer local pickups. And at the moment, we ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

Returns and Exchanges

At Petrol Threads, we are a truly bespoke brand. We don't keep a stock of products; instead, we print your clothing when you order. Therefore, please choose your design and size carefully. We provide all the measurements and are happy to answer any questions before you place your order. If the size you order isn't right for you, don't worry. You can return your clothing within 30 days for a refund. Just make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the tags attached. If you need a different size, simply submit a return request. Once approved, you can place a new order. We find this to be the fastest and easiest way to ensure you get the right fit.
