Returns

At Petrol Threads® we a truly bespoke brand. We don't have a warehouse full of products, but instead we hand print your clothing when you order. Because of this, we ask you to please choose your design and size carefully. We provide all of the sizing information you need and are happy to answer any questions you have before you order. 

But, we know sometimes the size you order just isn't right for you. But fear not! You can return your clothing for a size exchange. (If your item is not available in the size you need, or has been discontinued, you'll be offered a refund instead).

There are a few conditions to this:

• Clothes must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
• You must contact us within 30 days of purchase for your exchange to be approved.
• You will need to cover to the postage cost of sending the item back to us.
• Items that have been customised or modified in any way (such as custom number plate items) can not be returned. 

To submit a return request use the form below. Please include your order number in the comments and let us know what you'd like to exchange. We will then send you an exchange form to print off and send back with your item.
